Philosophy
The Religious Education Program of Visitation Parish serves the children from grades 1 through 8, and Kindergarten, who attend a public school. Our program provides a solid background in Catholic doctrine, expresses faith through prayer and worship, and encourages service to others in the community.
Through sharing the stories of our faith in the Scriptures, and teaching the dogma, traditions, and doctrine of the Catholic Faith, the children are encouraged to express their faith in God through prayer, service, and worship.
In order for the students to benefit from this program, an active partnership between the parents and the religious education personnel must be in evidence. It is, therefore, expected that the parents themselves...
